CallOpsQ

CallOpsQ Support

Know who to call next. Works with the CRM you already use.

Getting Started

CallOpsQ is currently available through private Founding Access. If you have been invited, create your account at /register, wait for approval, then sign in at /login.

After approval, you can use the Dashboard, lead import, calling workflow, Number Check, Training Center, calendar tools, and other enabled beta features for your workspace.

CallOpsQ Companion

CallOpsQ Companion is the Chrome extension for selected-number verification and workflow assistance. It is user initiated: highlight a phone number, right-click, and choose Verify with CallOpsQ.

If Companion is not connected, sign in to CallOpsQ and open Settings → Companion to connect the extension as a trusted device. Trusted devices can be revoked from Companion settings.

Connection Problems

If Companion says it is connecting or cannot reach CallOpsQ, confirm that you are signed in atwww.callopsq.com, then open Settings → Companion and reconnect the device.

If your account is pending, suspended, expired, or not yet approved, Companion will not connect until your workspace access is active.

Phone Verification

CallOpsQ checks cached phone intelligence first. Cached results should cost 0 credits. If no usable cached result exists, CallOpsQ shows a preflight or confirmation before paid validation.

Use Force Reverify only when you intentionally want to spend a validation credit to check a number again.

Credits

Workspaces can have credit limits and daily/batch safety caps. Paid validation should require explicit confirmation, and previously cached numbers should be reused before spending credits.

If validation is blocked, your workspace may be out of credits, paused, over a cap, or pending administrator review.

Report a Bug

Authenticated users should use the in-app Share Feedback button to report bugs, confusing screens, workflow friction, incorrect information, or suggestions. CallOpsQ automatically captures the current page and authenticated workspace where safe.

If you cannot sign in, contact the person who invited or administers your CallOpsQ workspace.

Account Access

Account access is controlled by CallOpsQ workspace approval and administrator settings. Pending users must be approved before they can access workspace features. Suspended, revoked, denied, archived, or expired users cannot access the app until their status changes.

If you need access restored or changed, contact your CallOpsQ workspace owner or administrator.
